To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and up‑to‑date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use ZappySMS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes compliance with anti‑spam, data protection, and telecommunication rules in the regions where messages are sent.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility and conditions are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and certain services—such as credits already used for sending SMS—are non‑refundable.
